Location is really ok. There are many options of restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast just fine. Service in hotel is good. I asked extra towel and they deliver to my room quickly. No charge for that. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at their suite. Super spacious and clean. All the staffs were so helpful and kind. We had our breakfast prepared to go since we had to leave so early in the morning. We will take the hotel as our first choice when we come back to Tasikmalaya again.

It wins the location, few walks to the malls, surrounded by many food merchants, all staffs are polite and friendly, this hotel is very “live” hotel. Before we entered the hotel, thermal detector and sanitizer are a must, but when we are in, lack of social distancing, but that's OK for me, this covid just a habit now. I slept many times in many hotels in Indonesia, it is quite rare seeing each other staffs talking and chit chat doing shift, but maybe that is their unique style. I love the foods, it is a humble hotel but the food is so delicious, just a bit smelly when we are enter the lobby. Like the onion in the air but it is super clean. It wins location, food, and cleaning service.

Breakfast with plenty of choices. Its location within walking distance to Mesjid Agung. Lot's of food stalls along the way. Everything feels great! It was on the day when they have third anniversary. They invited orphans to stay and having some event with those kids, so sweet.

Always stay in this hotel everytime we went to Tasikmalaya. And the hotel is never let us down. Comfortable bed, nice surrounding (lots of choice for food), polite staff. Only once we're a bit disappointed when they forgot to change our towel so we had to call front office since housekeeping didn't answer the call. Overall was a good experience.

Clean, easy check in and check out, good variation of breakfast. The bit that a bit bothering is how they gave me smoking room instead of non-smoking as mentioned in the booking voucher, simply saying that the non-smoking room is unavailable.

claimed this is 4 star hotel but it doesnt show this is a 4 star hotel. lobby looks great but public area like swimming pool and breakfast area do not showing if this is 4 star hotel. i got booked this hotel by Traveloka for bed type double/king size and non smoking room. I had put this special request my booking in traveloka. when I checked in, i got twin bed and smoking room. they cannot help me to fulfill my request because i checked in 8pm and this was the last room they have at the day. i dont why they could not prepare my order before i came in to their hotel even though i have paid for it. thier reason because the notes that i put in above was not delivered to them and accepted the order from Agoda instead of Traveloka. The lobby in the floor i stayed smelt of cigarette smoke very strong. The staff starting from Resepcionist until security seems not training as 4 star hotel staff and seems they do nt care about customer satisfaction
lastly, the menu breakfast is not much vary and the taste bland. hope this hotel can improve all the aspect for customer satisfaction.

Pros: The room was soundproof, good food, the location also is quite strategic. Cons: The pillows are not comfortable, the refrigerator randomly made strange noise in the middle of the night, the water heater was not hot, one use and it is already cold, the parking lot for motorbike is not properly shaded.
