Stayed because of a family event, I was hesitant because some of the reviews said the room was dirty. Thankfully I got a clean room, overall it was pleasant, only the toilet flush was a bit broken. The suggestion is that the maintenance can be given more attention.

Hot AC, unhelpful staff, called all day and night before they came, fixed it but it was still hot, asked to move rooms but the reception said FULL. Finally slept in the heat, DISAPPOINTMENT! The room had lots of ants on the table and the mouthwash glass was dirty and had lots of stains. Yikes….

The facilities are okay, the rooms are also quite good. Order a family room and get 2 rooms, 1 single bed room and 1 deluxe room. The deluxe room's AC was dead so the door had to be opened so that the AC from the living room could enter. The AC is also very old-fashioned, call room service and say there is a problem but it is turned off so call the receptionist. The staff is very friendly, disappointed with the taste of the food. Everything is bland, and the choices are very minimal and not very varied, the only good thing is the brownie. The pudding and jelly are also all bland. Please fix this

Good enough for hospitality and facilities, however something funny when we ordered Deluxe Business King Room we got the room with 2 twin beds since this is only the available room as receptionist explained. How it could be to us the couple people sleeping at separate two twin beds. LOL

The AC is not cold, the decorative lights are about to come off, the bottom of the kitchen set is damp, the chairs are dirty and wobbly, the balcony is dirty, there is no tolerance at all when checking out.
