all the staff starting from security, receptionist, valet parking, room boy to the person on duty at the breakfast place are friendly and helpful.
the room is clean, complete amenities, complete TV channels and can be accessed all, plus there is an additional coffee machine in the room so my husband can still drink coffee without having to look for it outside. top lah 🌟

The room is big enough for 1 family with 2 children. Free refill of drinking water because there is a gallon in front of the room. If you come here, you have to bring your own iron because you have to fight with other guests to borrow it. The bathroom lights can be replaced with brighter ones. The rest is okay. Thank you Dafam.

the hotel is quite old huh... so the atmosphere is quite tense... the bathroom is too dark.. the room uses a carpet that is quite old.. it is very unsuitable... maybe there is a strange smell in the corridor and room because of the old carpet, the bathroom really smells from the water drain... the bathroom door, wardrobe and furniture are no longer suitable 😭😭😭... sorry... the staff are all fine.

I booked executive room 716, the room is quite big, spacious and roomy but the quality of the shower faucet is not so good. The shower seems to need to be replaced because the spray is not even and the hot water does not come out either at night or in the morning. The quality of the food at the canting is not so good (what about eating sahur?). The first time I checked in I was immediately offered a choice of breakfast, I was a bit surprised but after a bit later I was given information that the food was a buffet (maybe because there were so many guests so it was changed to a buffet). I really want to go back but I'm worried about the quality of the shower. Hopefully there will be improvements
