The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I request an extra bed but I need to go out so they really helpful about this and I can trust my room to them ππ» I stay for 4 nights and there would be a staff who clean and change the towel everyday so when I came back, the room and the bed were very clean and tidy, with a new towels, a new bottle water and coffee too. As for the breakfast, there 's no much variety of the food and the taste just so so but all the food always fresh (big point there! The fruit also was always fresh and nice) and at least there 's unique drink there which is Jamu, my mom loves it but sometimes it takes a long time for them to refill, though. But overall food and drink there for breakfast is okay to at least fill up our stomach. Worth the money. And as for the room, I'm happy to choose premium deluxe non-smoking because it has a big room space, I really love it. With an extra bed also the room still left with a big space so it doesn't feel too cramp. And overall the room was clean, the air cond was cold, nothing to complain about it. And the bathroom also was clean, the heater water works properly every time we use it. About the location: it 's walking distance to paragon mall, indomaret, waroeng steak, butterhalf (we loved the cookies there so much π, located just beside the hotel) and many cafe surrounding the hotel so no need to worry if we need to buy snacks, meals, or anything. Overall, I'm glad I choose this hotel for my work trip with my family. For sure, we will come back to this hotel whenever we are going to Semarang again. Thank you for all the staffs at the hotel ππ».

Breakfast is good, AC is not cold and after calling 2x they just came and it took 1 hour to fix the AC. TV is still analog and the picture is a bit blurry. Receptionist and staff are friendly. Wifi doesn't connect at all.

Starting from the coffee maker that doesn't work, the phone doesn't work and the room is not clean. The C/O time has been informed and we already know but we are still reminded again via WA and room calling, as if we are not customers who understand their rights and obligations. It's tacky. Book a junior suite type king room, the staff is friendly and very kind, the food is delicious and suits the palate, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, to the mall just walk behind the hotel, there is an Indomaret across the hotel π, UNFORTUNATELY the hotel's hot water doesn't work, it's been informed that 1 day up to 3 times the repairman came to check the sink only, not the shower, what's the connection? π
π«£ they said it was the maximum limit but once tested the water was warm and even cold if it was turned on for a long time, asked to move rooms but until 12 midnight there was no information at all π when checking out the hot water was immediately hot π
all the staff were kind and friendly, c. O helped me to borrow a trolley to the top floor for only 1 mslh.
