When checking in the hotel was a bit complicated, and had to wait until 2 o'clock, even though the hotel was not crowded. The bath towels were very dirty, I had requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room and the smell of cigarettes in 1 room. The sheets had lots of cigarette burns. The sofa was very dirty, very disgusting. Check out had to be at 12, no late check out, even though it was not crowded at all. The swimming pool was being cleaned so I couldn't swim. Quite disappointing.

Friendly staff. Only got one towel per person. Hot water for shower did not work well.

The staff was fine, but I recommed not to take the breakfast. You'll have a lot of option around the hotel (since it 's loacted in the center of the city).

Overall good, but just one thing the management should taking care more is about the wardrobe. You need to clean up more, cause I found the dust and isn't that clean, so I can't put my clothes there. The bathroom was clean and nice, you just need put a freshener.

Kamar cukup nyaman. Namun yg disayangkan pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup rapat & dikunci, ACnya pun tidak terasa dingin, untuk pengaturan temperaturnya tidak berfungsi.

First time stay at Bogor, nice experience at Pangrango Hotel. Staff is friendly, the information is well informed. Check Out time is not really tight, flexible. Love the ambience at room, but unfortunately not soundproof. Please maintain the staff service, improve especially at the bathroom. The shower is not working properly, some of the shower hole is clogged.

Sebenernya lokasinya bagus, untuk kamar hotel juga bagus. Luas, ada kulkas, teko listrik, semua lengkap. Tapi ada kecoa kecil2. Tolong lebih di tingkatkan lagi kebersihannya. Lalu untuk sarapan, menunya kurang variatif. Jam 8 kurang sudah banyak yang habis. Minta omelette katanya gak ada.
