When wear arrived the porter was not ready to offer the service, even asking whether what we want to do by calling them, off course to help us carrying our luggage. The lift were out of order so that we need access staff lift to go to the room. The room was dusty, some leftover food was inside the refrigerator.

When we first checked in, the lights went out and we had to be moved to another room. The toilets were not as clean as the ones in a 5 star hotel. There wasn't much of a breakfast menu and at 8am the buffet menu had already run out.

Yesterday I was there, it was actually 2 times and the service didn't seem to change, before the staff when asked to help deliver a set meal delivered it with a frown. Now the security guard is not friendly at all, we have explained there that we did not participate in the event that was held but we were still slandered for participating, even though we have explained that we did not participate and had nothing to do with the event, ending the model in a bad mood and did not continue the photo session. For permission from other staff such as the receptionist, originally they had allowed and asked their superiors if they could take photos in all spots of the hotel for guests who were staying, while the security guard was watching and even shouting at our model and even our photographer. Please reprimand and improve it, thank you.

Not as expected, with a 5-star hotel label, the condition of the room is smelly carpet, the wardrobe door is loose, there are holes in the mattress. Bathroom, toilet is dirty, no hair dryer, breakfast menu is small & cold, has no taste, old food refills.
