Affordable hotel but the atmosphere is great. Good food. Soft and nice mattress. It's just a shame that the sink waste water is a bit clogged. But overall the assessment is satisfactory. Thank you HIP. I forgot to take a photo earlier but didn't have time. 🙏

The check in and check out process is fast, the location is close to Lotte Mart, close to culinary, close to Mie Gacoan, breakfast has a variety of menus, delicious, spacious rooms, cold AC, hot water available

friendly hotel staff, clean, spacious and tidy rooms, really soft mattresses, under 300 prices already have a bathtub and the hot water works well. complete amenities, there is also a hair dryer .. classic hotel with beautiful design. even though the building is old but it is very nice .. thank you HIP ..

the lights are on, the hot water is steady, the bed and pillows are all good..
a little suggestion, the bathroom floor is slippery, the family room should have 4 towels, (why only 2). there are a few that are damaged, it's normal but no problem.. thank you hotel indah palace solo. very recommended hotel,...

This hotel is clean and affordable, but the hotel is quite old, as seen from the furniture in the room and the hotel interior. I booked a room for my family, the room was spacious, clean but not very comfortable because of the traffic noise that passed by until late at night, even though I had asked for a comfortable and quiet room, but was given a room in a fairly noisy location. Hopefully it can be improved again

+strategic location, spacious car park and my car was even washed😍
+aesthetic vintage room, soft pillows and there are 4, wide bed fits 3 people with children
+hot water is smooth, strong, clean bathroom
+delicious breakfast even though there are not many variations
-drinks at breakfast like juice/syrup are too sweet, the cendol is too sweet, so you can't finish it, children's breakfast adds 50 thousand
-there is hair at the end of the room, it's not clean enough, you don't sweep it to the end..

Once you enter the room, the room is damp, smells bad, the curtains have a cigarette smell, the water heater is not working. Complaints about the water heater are slow to respond and have been tried to be resolved but to no avail.

Great location, downtown, easy to go anywhere.
Breakfast experience was not OK. Information was innacurate (time for breakfast 6 to 9.30 VS that was mentioned in meal coupon 6 to 10). Food was very limited, still one hour left but most foods were not adequately available. Asked for addition of choco crunch (kids loved it) but staff said that it won't be available anymore because the breakfast time will end very soon (although there was still ONE HOUR left). Please change the breakfast duration time according to hotel ability to provide enough food so that customer will be well informed and not get disappointed.
