Nice hotel with unique shape and sea view. Lots of swimming pools. There is a jacuzzi with hot and cold water too. It was busy until midnight because there was a pub downstairs. But don't bother me.

"I stayed at the Pacific Palace Hotel Batam from 11/5 to 12/5. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and modern bathroom. However, the Wi-Fi connection was slow at times. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The hotel 's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and services. Rating: 4/5 stars.".

First given card access to the room, the card that was given was wrong. Second, there are lots of small little ants when you just enter the room. Third, the air conditioner is not cold and the furniture in the room looks old.
