From the beginning of entering, we were greeted by an unclean view, the luggage table was very dirty, not cleaned, there were traces of food like oily chili chips, then the bed sheet was stained with lots of hair when the bed cover was lifted, we asked for help to change it and then we left, it turned out that when we returned it was clean but it was only turned over and not replaced, disappointed? Not bad even though we often stay here. The breakfast is quite good. The staff are all friendly, even the security is very friendly.

The room is clean and very spacious, unfortunately there is no refrigerator (there is only a dry food storage box), there is a balcony but unfortunately the bathtub has no chairs and is dusty and has never been cleaned (it seems it only functions to service the Outdoor AC).
The bathroom is also clean and large with sturdy marble wall and sink materials, unfortunately the hot water system is not precisely adjusted so that sometimes it is cold on its own and sometimes too hot.
For breakfast, there are lots of choices. What is interesting is that fresh juice can be made from fruit, not syrup, and on Sundays there is Jamu mba gendong. The rice porridge is really delicious.
The surrounding location is also very strategic, near family mart, watson, next to starbuck etc.
The swimming pool is clean, safe for children.
The staff is very friendly and ready to help lift luggage and suitcases.
The check-in and check-out processes are very fast.

The receptionist was not careful with our order, because we were going to be given a twin room, even though our order was a Superior King, once it was agreed at the receptionist, we were given room 805 which turned out to be a Double bed, not a King Size (photo attached). as soon as we opened the bathroom door, the door handle immediately came off (photo attached). We had opened the hot water in the shower for +/- 15 minutes, but it still had not produced water that was hot enough for a shower, only lukewarm, the floor and some of the bathroom walls were still slippery as if they had not been brushed. The room was also not soundproof, so that sounds from the hallway and the next room could still be heard.

The location is really great, close to everywhere. Behind the hotel there are many places to hang out and eat. Across from it are also several FO and convenience stores. The swimming pool is unfortunately small but it's okay. There are also several games for the kids from the hotel.

Stayed for the second time at the Royal Pajajaran Hotel, the room is spacious and clean, the restaurant is complete with friendly prices, breakfast has many choices of food, the only minus is the swimming pool which is not too big, otherwise it's good.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The cleanliness is also very good. The food is standard hotel, unfortunately there are some foods that are too salty for me, 3x breakfast and there is always food that is too salty for me. The bathroom shower seat is broken, so the shower can't be upright and can't be used for bathing, my husband worked around it by tying it with rubber.

It's just so-so, the pool looks big from the photo, but it's actually small. Breakfast for 5 people and above turns out to cost 75k, even though the kids only eat cereal and milk. When checking in using a car, they helped load the luggage, when checking out using a motorbike (because the car was being used to go out) they didn't help carry the luggage. Even though it's a hassle with 2 kids. I've requested it in the notes on the app, when checking in I asked the receptionist if I had seen the notes on the app because there was a special request, the lady just said "oh no ma'am because we don't use the app" au ah I'm too lazy to argue, I'm tired and want to lie down.

Overall the staycation here is okay, when I first checked in I got a snack voucher, it turned out the snack was cotton candy which is actually not a snack but a dessert and not filling 🤣 My expectation was like a market snack, so it's okay, but when I got there I was really hungry and got a snack. Hopefully this feedback will be heard. Then some people after swimming used the elevator and were still wet so the elevator was a bit muddy, the etiquette in the hotel should be that they have been given a changing room, so they should change into dry clothes first so they don't get wet when they get out. Maybe there should be a rule from the hotel, because who knows if someone else will slip and it could be a disaster. The most annoying thing is that after checking out and arriving in Jakarta, my wife and I just remembered that we left our iPad behind 🤣 we immediately called the hotel and thank God the employee was honest and gave us the iPad. A plus point for this hotel.

Everything is OK. There are some things that don't work but after information to the staff it was immediately fixed. The food is quite varied but the porridge is not very tasty. The fried rice on the first day was a bit salty but the next day it was delicious. Parking is quite a lot even though when we arrived it was very full but the officers were quite agile in giving parking directions. Maybe because our family really likes to drink, the water in the room felt very lacking And if you want to ask for more you have to ask the officers. Maybe the suggestion is to just put a dispenser in the middle so it can be easier.
