A nice and good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The cons was you can hear lots of voices from outside. I hope the noise isolation can be better for this hotel. Overall this hotel was good

This hotel offers comfort and satisfaction. The access to Ciwalk is very convenient. The day I stayed at Sensa was the time I wasn’t planning to go anywhere but just wanting to relax, and Sensa offered it all. The breakfast was great too.

Nice hotel, beautiful view from my room at night. Very near to shopping mall & culinary (beside the hotel). Good service & tasty breakfast. But, you can only check in after 4.00 pm, especially during peak season, you will definitely wait even longer.

This hotel is really cool, it is directly connected to Ciwalk, especially if you stay here during the fasting month, so you won't be confused about sahur and breaking the fast. It's the best, I will come back again with my extended family later

Overall good My room was in the corner so half of the room was full of glass including the bathroom so the bathroom window was covered by curtains (showering was uncomfortable). The 5th floor room and pool view were at risk of being snooped by people. Laundry was ok Receptionist service was ok FNB's service was not good but the food was just standard hotel food.

Comfortable, clean hotel. If you want to go to the mall, just go down the elevator and you'll be there. Recommended to stay here. Just because we stayed on a holiday, in the morning it was already noisy with the exercise event in the mall yard, the speaker was quite good for waking up and changing the alarm 🙏

Everything is very satisfying, the location is very strategic, the staff are very friendly and smile a lot, the rooms are very clean and fragrant and spacious, suitable for families, the food is delicious and varied, the only drawback is the check-in time because it is too late, suggestions for check-in time can be corrected.

I stayed in room 1008, there is a balcony with a view of Ciwalk and the city. What I don't like: 1. The lobby is hot. 2. The bathroom door faces the bed in the room (this is really not good) 3. The exhaust is dead (the receptionist said it was central but it was really dead, the bathroom became muddy. 4. The toilet water is very small (difficult to clean because there is no tap). The food is okay, all the security staff are nice. That's all. For a 4 star hotel, the facilities are really lacking.
