having stay for family trip in Solo with The Alana Hotel. FO superb friendly! we asked culinary recommend around hotel, she knew well about it. room facility was great with great view also. Somehow, our bathroom shower didnt look good. But overall we enjoy our stay. Thank you for the good service

Due to my request during checkin promised to be called after the room is ready, but shift rolling if the front desk failing to do so. Waiting more than one hour.

Call house keeping for cooler was not cold, it was said that cooler only sejuk. How I can keep my drink keeping cold? It was said that you may come to kitchen and keep at kitchen fridge. The will check to room any way.

Heater water issue and not solve event room was changed. Smell from bathroom on day 1, wifi issue, mineral water provide outside room looks not common
