Room very clean and spacious. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is large enough even I got the single bed. Very recommended Hotel for stay and the price is affoedable too.

The receptionist did an excellent service, nice room with good amenities (except I couldn't find the comb while I needed it), breakfast was OK but I think the restaurant needs more staffs to serve guests in its rush hour since due to covid situation, guests are not allowed to pick our own foods or beverages. Overall, thank you Alana.

In hotels, there are times when the situation is not appropriate. And problems arise unexpectedly. It could be human error or tool error or something else. I experienced this for several days. Several consecutive problem errors. But all were resolved until the preventive measures. I am satisfied. Alana Hotel has. Supervisors and managers who handle solving and are willing to follow up until the problem is resolved. And responsible. Until everything is ok. Great. (I forgot the name of the supervisor at the receptionist. The manager's name is Mr. Aldi. Sometimes the situation is not good. But that is a test of whether we are worthy of being placed in that position. Thank you. Good evening.

The hotel is great😍 very suitable for a staycation 🫶🏻. Also suitable for families, because there is a pool for children and it seems there is a playground too. There is a whirlpool too😍. When I entered the room, I really liked it❤️. It's just that when I entered the refrigerator was broken, but it was immediately replaced. Although it took a while, it was okay, it was still okay. Next time I will definitely come here again if I want a staycation. The breakfast also has many variants and is delicious🤤 👍🏻👍🏻. Thank you ❤️
