good friendly staff. but the condition of the room is a lot of ants, it's a big item, btw, it's perfect during the day. the window cannot be locked. The room door is difficult to lock

Dirty, dirty floors, bed dust, dirty swimming pool, bathroom toilet can't be flushed. So many bathroom floors come in black sand, for that price with quality like this in my opinion is very overprice. Very, very not recommended.

Feeling very disappointed, not in accordance with the price, no facilities whatsoever there is only a dirty pool asking for mercy, sorry to rent dilulawi, it was very noisy all night, the villa was dirty, there were no adequate parking facilities, the water was dirty, very uncomfortable.

The location is quite good, can be passed by car. The villa is quite clean and maintained. Weaknesses 1. There is no office so when it comes to looking for employees it is confused 2. Lack of coordination of online agents with resort management. Until there the villa has not been prepared and has to wait 3. The swimming pool is dirty. There are 3.1 at all that cannot be used because they are dirty, 1 lot of trash leaves, 1 child pool is not filled with water 4. Toiletries including towels are not provided for all villas, some can be missing or not 5. Breakfast is disappointing.

Midnight check-in. Entering the arena alone no one opened the fence even though we had honked many times. There should be an officer on standby posted. No towels and toiletries are provided. The next morning the lights go out so there is no water for bathing. Even though that day is also the time for us to check out.

The villas are quite unique as in a tree house except that prices are not comparable to existing facilities such as TV broadcasts which are very limited, there is no hot water for bathing, lack of ventilation and no fan, so the air in the room is very hot.

The place is okay, there are still only a few broken cables in the backyard of a small greenhouse, which frightened the fad children are holding it. Cleanliness, service is okay for administration, less because there are no details on the use of extra beds that we use, only personally requested. For hot water it's hard, doesn't work normally for breakfast, not worth the price.

I like the shape of the room it's just that the stairs are too steep (my child fell). And the trees must be a little noticed because there are so many large ants and caterpillars. the price is quite expensive for all room criteria.

Upon my arrival at the location, I was disappointed because there was no front office, no place to receive guests despite the rainy conditions, after seeing the very small room, then I decided not to stay in this hotel. With great regret I booked again at another hotel which was cheaper and more comfortable. Bottom line I am disappointed sangant. Thank you

The location is close to the safari park ... The room is like a tree house so it's a bit difficult if you take a suitcase (family vacation) .. The bathroom is shared with others and is located quite far away (must cross the swimming pool). The bathroom door also did not work

Book Villa Arjuna the day before, fitting until the destination was already filled and already in the book before Ramadan. The hotel clerk then offers Villa Nakula and Villa Jineng in exchange.
