perfect location, next to Mall of Indonesia and you can found many restaurant. Service was good, we were helped by Ms Rachel for check in and out, the process is very quickly. The breakfast is good

Was great time to stay there, I was choose this place 'cause I need the best place to stay while I need to returning /go and back to the hospital Mitra kelapa gading for a few days. Nice and helpful staffs👍

I have checked in for couples times in Whiz Prime, for business or family pleasure, It was fantastic. Especially if you need to meet the people for business or just for fun, the bar by the pool is the best one to met and gathering and off course the Level V & Portable. Restaurant with very delicious food and wonderful wine.

I have to wait for more than 1 hour to enter my room. I was arriving at the hotel with my friend at 2 p. M (which is the time when I should have been able to enter my room) and they told me to wait for 30-40 minutes, but then it ended up we waited for more than an hour. I lost my time to prepare myself for an important occasion. So sad.

The location just perfect. It is easy to find food nearby. Mall and other places are all in 1 place. The staff all are friendly and the process staying just comfort and nice.

Here 's a short review:"I had a pleasant stay at 101 Urban Kelapa Gading. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing visit. A special mention goes to Ms. Winda from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. Her excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.".

Nice stay here at Whiz for short visit. Complete amenities is comforting. Near to MOI within 5 minutes walk. The wall is little bit thin as I can hear noises from other room (people talking, shower sound).
