Wha a great hotel in kuala lumpur. Just prefect!

The staaf so rude, I think it is very inappropriate to behave towards guests like that, there is no etiquette. I just called my family in the area next to the receptionist who immediately reprimanded me very rudely and told me to get out, as if I were a thief. I think this is a crazy staff who has no morals at all. Staffnya sangat kasar, sayang sekali hotel bagus tapi staff nya tidak bermoral menyakiti hari tamu sendiri.

It was nice to stay here. Be back again with my family.

Single guest staying for a night. Arriving at the hotel in the evening, parking was very convenient and I found it to be at a reasonable rate per entry per day for hotel guests. Compared to hourly parking rates in malls or parking lots. Check in was smooth and organized with a number counter system in use, headed up to the room within a minute or two. What I paid was lower than the usual rates, and it didn't prepare me for what I was about to see as I opened the blinds. I had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur facing the Prudential building with the surrounding area with it 's night lights! Then I headed up to the 37th floor where the infinity pool is and the bridge as well. The view of Kuala Lumpur tower and the Twin Towers, truly magnificent. Food and shopping, convenient stores are all only a short walk away. Public transportation was conveniently close as well. Sounds of neighboring guests are bearable, doors opening and shut are not too disturbing for me. The bathroom smelled a little like freshly poured cement, was it actually that or some bathroom water I can't say. Ventilation was good enough the scent diminished after awhile. Overall it was a great night 's stay. Will consider the hotel again anytime I need to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The location of the hotel is very strategic. In walk distance, turn right to kopitiam, church and TRX. Turn left from hotel, for going to pavilion and then through the bridge you can reach KLCC. Sungai Wang, Lot10, Berjaya Time Square are just behind the hotel. There is an infinity pool on the 37th floor with cool views. The downside of this hotel is the number of the lift is inadequate.

Such a big and spacious room, would definitely come next for the next visit, location is also great as it very close to city center

Generally, Good dan suka dengan hotel ini. Lokasi strategis.

Hotel location near to food, shopping and public transport. The room is clean, great view from the pool. Fair price! Consider to re-book if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.
