Sorry, 2.8 million/night in my opinion it ' s not worth it. Why? Because. 1. Stayed 6D5N here, room was only cleaned twice (and even then we requested once). 2. The room is very NARROW, not recommended for holidays with kids. 3. I was order ice jasmine tea, and what comes is HOT. When I complained to the operator, i only got lip service, he said waiter would be delivered ice cubes to the room, but I waited almost an hour and it didn't come. And the phone was not picked up, until i had to go down to meet the receptionist who didnt know to speak english or malay. Luckily there was a friend who could help me explain, and calm me down until I got the ice cubes. 4. On the 5th day I asked for ice cubes again, the receptionist lied. She said the ice cubes would be delivered, but in the end it was BULLSHIT again. 5. The food in the RESTO is bland, not delicious. For 5 days of breakfast, there is no menu change. The food tastes like a 2 star hotel. The plus points are: 1. When I first checked in, there was a very friendly staff member (he was white, tall & rather full, wearing glasses) gave my child a souvenir doll hanger. Thankyou very much 🧸. 2. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to Orchard & Stevens MRT. 3. Location is strategic, close to bus & mrt stops.

Nyaman banget hotelnya, dekat sama halte bus. Mau ke orchard juga lumayan dekat.

I'm not sure what happened but for a big group like Accor I expect something. Most of the staff were not friendly at all, I know they must be overwhelmed by the all the reservation during peak season, which the Taylor Swift concert but they're really look pissed especially the frontliners. Facilities are great, room is quite small but decent.

Reception/front desk staffs should be warm and friendly as they are “face “of the hotel. Rather unpleasant front desk service experience, the hotel itself is pretty great.

Hotel location was great. But the room was too small and smelly 🤮.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff, in a good location a short drive to the Botanical Gardens, the Merlion Park and Clarke Quay.

The service is good. The staffs are awesome. The room is clean, although they forget to put the TV remote in the room where I stay. The tap water is drinkable. They provide shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station, you just need to remember the schedule, or you could take a picture of the schedule by the reception. But you could also walk to the nearest station, the Stevens MRT station, for about 15 minutes (less than 1km away). There is a 7-11 nearby that open 24 hours just in case you crave for a midnight snacks. By the way, the hotel is side-by-side with Novotel. So, watch yourself and don't enter the wrong front door. I saw some guests did.
