To ensure the utmost convenience for its customers, Big Bird Airport Shuttle offers strategic routes that connect hotels and shopping malls to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport and vice versa.Big Bird Airport Shuttle was officially launched in May 2017. This innovation is part of Blue Bird Group's effort to deliver a more convenient and accessible service for its customers. In addition, Big Bird Airport Shuttle is focused on promoting the culture of service to ensure customer satisfaction. Currently, the Big Bird Airport Shuttle service is available at Arrival Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Jakarta. Within nine months of its operation, Big Bird Airport Shuttle has managed to provide various strategic routes for convenient drop-off points. These routes include Soekarno-Hatta Airport to Jatinegara, West Bekasi, Blok M, Thamrin City, Kalibata, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Kota, and Gambir Station.

The Big Bird Airport Shuttle service is supported by well-trained drivers and well-maintained fleets. Operating from 06:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily, Big Bird Airport Shuttle offers regular and premium bus services.
The regular bus has a capacity of 24 seats, supported by a number of facilities, such as WiFi connection, LED TV, power outlet, and luggage service. Meanwhile, the premium bus comes with a 12-seat capacity equipped with a personal LED TV. Other facilities include toilets, folding tables, WiFi connections, power outlets, free drinks, and luggage services. A steward is also present to assist premium bus passengers throughout the trip.
