Best hotel if you hve early flight, so easy and comfy hotel.

It was a bad experience. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus.

We never go there to stay cause we think it would be difficult to find taxi in the morning. My flight at 4 AM in the morning. So I can't give review.

I called and messaged the employee whose phone number was written in the morning but he didn't answer the call and message. When I arrived at the hotel at 5pm, I faced a problem to register the room due to the lack of room. I had to wait until 7pm to get a room, very disappointing. I will not deal with the family apartment again after this.

Very flexible time to check in and check out according to your chosen time.

The staff was very friendly to us. Easier to go to Aeon Mall Nilai waited for the Grab also very quick to pick us up at the lobby even though it was 4am.

Nice hotel, near from the airport.

I need to wait more than 1 hour to be get checked in by the housekeeping staff not by the receptionists. Very bad resort not suits it 's name anymore.

Loving my stay with my family here. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, clean room & toilet, orivacy. Minus point is the dining restaurant has a lot of lalat. Bothered us during our breakfast so we left early.
