You can enter 1 hour before the reserved time. It takes 3-4 hours to walk around the temple.

The staff took good care of us and were divided into rounds, which made it not too crowded. However, during the time when we had to stand and wait to enter the room, I felt that there should have been more chairs or people could just walk through.

its easy to use just present the ticket to staff. you can enter first and visit the shop before the scheduled of your entrance, waiting inside. the tour was fabulous and we can do fun activities inside too like taking videos for moving pictures, watching quidditch game, using floo powder, meeting our lord V. it was wonderful.

The staff were really nice and informative, and even though I was not on time I still can join the next schedule. And don't forget to taste the food and buy the souvenirs too.

The ticket exchange process is very easy, the location and access to the location are very easy, in the building the eyes are really spoiled, very suitable for Potterheads, the merchandise sold is very worthwhile, the point is you will not regret coming here for Harry Potter lovers.

The cleanliness is very well maintained. The information boards are very clear. The staff are very friendly. I had a nosebleed during my visit, the staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly. There is a doctor on standby on site. I thought it was just a joke about it taking 4 hours to complete the tour, but it turned out to be true! And I didn't feel bored at all.
