This is a very smooth transportation to the airport…very easy because there are officers who are always on duty near the ticketing. The signage is also clear so you don't have to worry about getting the wrong location

The train is fast and comfortable, although it is more expensive than the bus, but the train is very fast and doesn't get stuck in traffic.

Although initially the ticket issuance process took longer than promised, the support ticket system is quick to respond and the ticket is issued not long after that. No other process is needed as both vouchers (KLIA Ekspres and Aquaria) can be used directly without any redemption. The KLIA Ekspres ticket can be scanned directly on the ticket barrier to enter and exit the station. The ticket can also be used to access the airline check-in facilities in KL Sentral Station. Meanwhile, a special lane is already dedicated for visitors holding online vouchers which can be scanned directly at the entrance (no need to redeem in the ticket counter). For KLIA Ekspres, it offers a fast way to connect the airport to the KL Sentral station, which is offered at 28 minutes from KLIA Terminal 1.

It is very easy to travel when we book the KLiA express ticket from app, I bought together with Genting Highlands cable car round trip so I reduce the hustle and long line
