Ticket Type

Adult: Persons aged 12 and over

Senior: People aged 65 or older on the boarding day must hold a valid ID, i.e., a photo ID with the ID number and date of birth, for age verification

Concession: Nationals holding a Disability ID (pink) are eligible for concession tickets. One caregiver is eligible as well, provided that 'Domestic Public Transportation' (國內大眾運輸工具) is indicated on the back of the Disability ID

Child: Persons aged under 12 who are over 150 cm in height. Please present proof of age

Free Admission: Children under 115 cm in height or those over 115 cm but under 6 years old (proof of age required) are eligible for free admission if they do not require a seat. Each adult may accompany up to 2 children eligible for free admission

Travelers may select any HSR departures available. Please note that Traveloka cannot reserve seats and departures. If the selected HSR departure becomes unavailable, travelers may book other HSR departures or request full refunds

The hard copy of the HSR ticket will be delivered to the designated Taiwan address within 7 days before the HSR departure date or can be picked up at T1/T2 service counters in Taoyuan International Airport

HSR tickets for the HSR Holiday campaign entail restrictions on the departure and arrival station. For example, for Taipei station departure & Kaohsiung accommodation, the HSR routes are from Taipei to Zuoying (departure) and from Zuoying to Taipei (return). No refunds will be offered if a traveler decides to get off the train before arriving at the designated arrival station. If a traveler goes past the designated arrival station, the traveler has to make up for the price difference (rates are subject to HSR announcements)
