Perth is about to welcome a brand new carrier to whisk people off to Bali for a bargain. TransNusa Aviation will start flying between Perth and Bali (Denpasar) on 20 March, 2025.
The route will be flown by Airbus A320 aircraft that can carry 174 Bali-bound travellers to the Indonesian island.
According to Perth Airport’s Chief Commercial and Aviation Officer Kate Holsgrove, the new route will add more than 127,000 additional seats per year.
Not only is there going to be a ton of new seats available between the new cities, they're available for some of the lowest prices in the market too. We checked a few dates and found they're up to $100 less than other airlines each way, once you factor in baggage.
TransNusa includes up to 15kg of checked baggage with every fare on top of the 7kg of cabin bags you can bring.
Beginning on 20 March, 2025, flights from Perth to Bali will be available on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Flights will depart Perth at 1:55pm local time and arrive in Bali at 5:40pm local time.
The airline plans on increasing this to four times per week in mid-April with the addition of a Tuesday departure. From June, flights will be available daily.
