Follow these steps to request a reschedule for your Airport Transfer Booking:
- Go to your Airport Transfer voucher in My Booking. Scroll down the page and select Reschedule. If you are unable to select Reschedule, this means that your booking cannot be rescheduled anymore.
- Read the policies regarding your reschedule and select Start My Reschedule to begin your reschedule request.
- Log in to your Traveloka account if you have not logged in before.
- Select a reason for your reschedule.
- Choose your new pick-up date and pick-up time. If your trip is from the airport, you will also have to enter your new flight code. After that, select Continue.
- Review your booking changes. If everything is correct, select Submit Reschedule Request to submit your reschedule.
