There were bugs living in the kettle, sink faucet was extremely loose, cockroaches, just generally not clean. Mattress was terrible.

Terrible. Noisy, dirty, and sketchy.

Little insects on the floors , cockroaches, bathroom sink was rusty , food left in fridge , clothes left in the wardrobe , no batteries in the remote and tv wasn't not working

The room was very very dirty floors in. Bed room had trash Under the bed from previous guests. Baht room had mould all over the floor the shower curtain had mould And dirt all over it The room was very unsafe as the door to the balcony was broken and could not be locked at all The fridge had leftover food from a previous guest There were cockroaches running around the room I have never seen a property so dirty I my life before The ceiling fans blades were black with build up dust. I understand some motels are aging but this was just Disgraceful filthy dirty As a result I will never book another hotel or motel accommodation with wotif ever again In my opinion you have a responsibility to make sure the accommodation you are hiring out is safe and clean I did not sleep at all last night as I felt very unsafe and Wasn’t going to sleep in the bed as the bed sheets possibly had not been changed as well. I photographed all of the dirt and mould an cockroach how can I send you the pictures I am Not looking for a refund at all I just want to forget the whole experience

Bugs in the rooms, noisy rooms, sketchy characters hanging around the entry doors, old school keys, staff not there 24/7

came back to room after at work - my toiletries, including expensive after shave x 2 bottles, electric toothbrush, clipper and expensive bluetooth mouse has been stolen. no night time management to assist - have filed a police report. Absolute disgrace in security and loss of non recoverable valuables.

Conveniently close to the CBD and a quiet complex.

The hotel is conveniently located for accessing Cairns Airport for those early morning or late evening flights.

No parking, combined with 20-30 walk to local sights, limited transportation. Good pools, however unlikely to be maintained or cleaned (like rest of property. Staff consists of one person running front desk. Emily was very nice, but had NO housekeeping staff to assist. Housekeeping is terrible

For the price this property is quite OK.

The place was very dirty and the floors were not clean. The rooms on the lower level felt unsafe as the curtain was held up by sticky tape. This was not enough to block the public from seeing inside the room as there was no fence around.

DO NOT STAY HERE! After checking in at 7pm from a day of travel our group was looking forward to a shower before going to get some dinner. We then found that there was no soap in the room for us to use, just a few traveller size shampoos. We contacted staff and were told that there was not a single person they could get to deliver soap to our room until 9am the following morning, which didn't work for us as we had an international flight to catch early the next day. To add to this we found that the room hadn't been cleaned properly with children's toys left under the coffee table along with 12 months of dust. We found that the Kitchenette drawers were broken and came off the runners only to help hide the cockroaches in there. For the lucky few that had received soap prior to us, there was a space above the shower in between the tiles and the wall which had used soaps and empty shampoo bottles littered in it. I wish I could say that my bed was comfy but it along with the lumpy pillows were a let down too. I feel absolutely robbed of the money I spent to stay here. It is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in even to the point that a backpackers or campsite would have been a better option for my family. Overall it was a terrible experience, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
