Fabulous hotel. Felt welcome from the first second we stepped into the property. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The Italian restaurant and wood fired pizzas in the bar are also an added bonus. The bar is fantastic.

The Hotel was excellent the staff were friendly and helpful. It was extremely close to attractions. The room was enormous with very comfortable furniture.

Great stay all round just that none of the front desk can smile. A simple fix.

Great hotel close to lots of things, bikes are handy

Great place to stay for overnight or two, excellent facilities with the splendid Agostinis Restaurant. We eat early as we are usually going to a concert at 7.30pm and they always accommodate our need for a quickish supper.

Parking should be included in the cost. Had to pay an extra $40 for two days of parking.

Efficient and friendly staff at reception made checking in and out very quick. The room was spacious, well-appointed and clean - and quiet !

The room was beautiful, spacious and modern. Longish wait for room service cocktails but otherwise perfect. It would be nice if room service was also available from Joe’s bar during opening hours. Walking distance from Kingston and Manuka and some beautiful restaurants and bars. Breakfast at Agostini’s was excellent.

Clean and nice apartment , also great spa and shower. Few cons: noise from downstairs/neighbours around late night and AC in the room wasn't that cool even after putting to the lowest temperature.

East - always great. Only disappointment is the move away from Appelles toiletries.

A lovely hotel, we only had the one night here but it was clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly. We dined in the hotel italian restaurant and we did book in advance and were pleased we had as it was extremely busy! Lovely food as was the breakfast here the next day....would recommend the french toast it was wonderful!

Pleasant, spacious studio apartment. Our one was very quiet. Efficient, friendly and professional staff. We really appreciated the excellent lively hotel bar and the Italian restaurant. The house Italian sangiovese was good value considering the very high quality. Next time we come to Canberra we will stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip in late August. Appearance from outside was appealing. Staff upon greeting were not enthusiastic. I had to ask about how to park also. Room presentation was great, overlooking the manuka oval. Bathroom facilities clean and decent water pressure after a long day. I had a meal delivered to the room, with a little of confusion but I ended up getting the meal. The bed was comfortable, the room was dark which I liked too. My night was very quiet which I always fear going to a hotel so a big tick here. Upon checkout I grabbed a coffee, very delicious and courteous cafe/restaurant staff. I wasnt advised there was a fee to park on site either ($20 for the privelege to park the car). I didnt appreciate that. Easy enough to have parked across the road at the kingston hotel at no charge. Overall I did enjoy the stay

Great place to stay! Clean, tidy, great service. It’ll be our new go to place for Canberra staycations. Ps the freckles and jaffas at reception were a winner!

A wonderful hotel, large suite options, good eating and drinking options off lobby

Great hotel, cant fault it. Roomy spaces, bathrrom excellent, water pressure, amenities. Kitchenette, full size fridge would be great for those looking for a longer stay. Its so close to Kingston, but also has some great eateries in the property! Parking is great and easily accessible part of Canberra.
