The property was shabby!!! Very modern with lovely furniture. Great colours, very clean, the lady that runs it was exceptional. Will be definitely staying here again. The price for this property was very reasonable cannot fault a thing!!!

Check in easy. Room fresh and clean. Bed very comfortable. Check out easy. Thank you. Walking distance to Botanic Gardens, which are beautiful and worth a visit. Great spot.

Such a clean and lovely place to stay without a big price tag. Gardens were neat, area around was lovely and quiet - no road noise. The rooms were neat and clean - would definitely stay here again.

Clean & comfortable. King bed was very comfortable. Room had everything you need, plenty of room , good size bathroom.

We lovd our stay at Eight Spence.
The staff all very friendly and helpful.
The room was really clean and freshly painted and tastefully decorated.
The bed was so comfortable. The TV a good size. Well located for viewing in bed.
We felt cozy inside our apartment, whilst it was cool outside.
There's opportunity to have meals in the apartment, but we did eat locally... so many nearby good restaurants, bars and cafes.
The apartment is close to shops, art gallery, botanical gardens, native gardens, train station, and also the beach.
We'll definitely return another holiday.
PS. Very quiet.

We stayed at Eight Spence to break up our drive home. We booked last minute and were able to check in straight away. The family room was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. I highly recommend staying here.
