Although this property is pretty far from major tourist destinations in Gold Coast (~1 hour by bus/train to the theme parks and Surfers Paradise), we still love its location because it's quiet and peaceful. It's close to bus stops that would take you to the nearest train station (Nerang). The staff were also accommodating. This hotel is perfect for those with cars because it's also close to a petrol station. You'll be far from the noise of the CBD but close enough so you can drive there in less than 20 minutes.

Elite gold cost is the perfect spot for people doesn’t want to be around with hustles and bustles. Easy parking. Daily room cleaning and lovely staffs members. Lots of sports activities at the KDV sport center where just walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely come back for another stay.

A quick 24 hour trip to the Gold Coast, this was a perfect location for the cost. Bed was comfy room was nice.

Excellent convenient hotel. Clean simple. Great adjacent affiliated facilities at KDV. Excellent gym.
However restaurant had limited menu after hours on weekends.

The beds were comfortable but there was a gap in the middle. The walls were not thick enough and the blanket on the couch was not very comfortable. However, the staff and cleanness was good.

This place was great because it is attached to a sports complex where you can access tennis courts, gym, sauna, and a driving range included with your stay. We didn't like that the hotel didn't provide a hot breakfast in the restaurant.

Air conditioning was freezing cold rang reception several times and visited them. Set at 27degrees setting was 1/2 bearable to sleep, would send blast of cold air out.
Was a 36 degree day.

The staff especially the NZ girl who was really great as we had issues with the cromecast on the tv . She tried for days but couldnt get it to work. She was amazing. Sad we didnt have streaming fir our entire stay. Not real pleased with that. We also had problems with our card to get in had to reboot it a few times inconvenient but staff helped.

Beautiful property however they obviously don’t check draws properly in between bookings. Found a disturbing bag in one of draws upon check in with some, let’s say, activity stimulants for a couple to have a good time.

It was close to bus station so a short trip away from Pac Fair or Surfers, and didnt have to pay the ridiculous nightly rates associated with the gold coast. The staff were friendly, the rooms, though small, are clean. Bed was comfortable and there are plenty of fitness type facilites close by.
