The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city break.

Arrived from a cruise, 300 metres walk and absolutely drenched due to torrential rain. Bags collected, towel and shower offered to dry out. Amazing service. Room was fantastic and this hotel was WAY WAY WAY better than the horrific stay in the Sydney Harbour Hotel two weeks previously. I cancelled my further stay at the Sydney Harbour Hotel and booked this one and am SO pleased I did. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definately stay here next time I am in Sydney.

I had an unforgettable experience here staying at the hotel. It went beyond my expectation; strategic location, clean bedroom, fully equipped bath and bedroom. Moreover, the staff is really helpful and kind. Indeed, the view was amazing and would be one of my lifetime experience! lastly, I would say the price worth all the experince I had(:

this hotel is perfect for holiday. I stayed for 2 nights. the location is very near to circular quay station and mc donalds. Opera house can be reached by walk. the staff are very friendly, easy to check in and check out either. You can get mineral water bottle as much as you want in the lobby area. surely will be back here again next time :)

Was a great room and view, unfortunately I put in that I wanted walking distance to get on one of the dinner/drink cruises and this place came up as it was 200 meters away but it wasn’t ended up needing a cab. Then had to pay for parking and they wanted nearly $100 for breakfast for 2 people, I paid over $700 for 2 nights and no discount parking or breakfast very expensive!!

The room is small and the check-in time is requested for an Aud 100 / room / night deposit to guarantee a mini bar. Even though in other hotels, just asking for an open H1 credit card deposit to guarantee the mini bar.

Bed service! the worst service of all hotels in the world. especially concierge services and I have emailed blash to the entire Four seasons World. very unprofessional I pay and booked a luxury mini van but I was treated very bad.
