Good place to stay, right across from Due South. Nothing to complain about!

Pretty basic and out of the main eating/shopping district. A bit inconvenient in inclement weather.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and it was a shame to leave. Great location and close to everything.

What a lovely place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The restaurant and service was excellent. The only suggestion is to introduce a no thongs dress code for the restaurant.

Nice hotel in a fabulous location. Wonderful views and within a short walk to the center of the town.

Didn’t like it doesn’t have a swimming pool. Spare bed wasn’t set up on arrival.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Albany.

The staff are great(although understaffed during our stay which was peak). Unfortunately we had some electrical and air con issues during our stay, which were both resolved. The gym is nice and well equipped. The hotel is new and everything is in great condition and nice comfy bed and linens. The cleanliness of the bathroom, specifically the shower was not great. Mould that hasn't been removed between tiles. Perhaps more time spent doing a deep clean between guests. I didn ‘t like that the shower cap, slippers and sewing kit had to be requested. I realise this is not a 5 star hotel, but just the basics like a note pad and pen would be a nice touch. Especially as this hotel is utilised by corporates for work trips. Food wise we dined in at the on site restaurant for dinner. It was sub par and hit and miss. Meal was overcooked and the veg looked a bit sad. I highly recommend the food at “Due South” which is a 30 second walk from the hotel. That said my husband’s prawn dish was lovely. Overall I would stay again, but more likely in a business capacity rather than leisure. A heated pool especially for the colder months would be a great add on!

Like - easy check in check out, prompt response to provide blanket and slippers, clean room Dislike - food at the restaurant : salty barramundi, badly cooked pork belly, no conceirge service, staff inabiity to manage busy periods which required us to take plates and cutlery upstairs and no collection of them from our room till checkout

Great location, short walk to local cafes and shops. Free parking.

This place is nice, it’s brand new and has nice views over the water. The staff were very accommodating. The only downside for me was that the room service has to be collected from the bar and comes in cardboard boxes. The food was great ok so I’m not being negative, but if it were my hotel I just might reconsider this approach. Otherwise very good

Excellent hotel. The room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the Marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times of my stay. The only problem was the restaurant was very understaffed. Just two waiters for a very busy restaurant, however staff continued to work excellently and were still polite and patient. Overall, a really nice stay in a picturesque location.

Manager was very helpful with a problem we had that was not of the hotels making.

Great spot on foreshore with the best coffee in town at the cafe out front.

Always a good stay. This time was no exception. Staff always go above and beyond.
