The location was perfect and easily accessible to services. Room was comfortable and hotel staff and service superb!

Someone check in under my name...... But finally the front office manage to give me another room. Need to be careful on this. The front liner must check and recheck before guest check in (Check ID or Passport).

Super great location if you are planning to stay in Perth CBD as it is just 2 mins walk to the murray street mall that has many shops, cafe, restaurant and also host Perth Underground (Train Station). Overall my 5 nights stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly (just like any of the local Perth residnce do). Room however is a bit small for a two persons stay but my wife and I make do with it as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Will definitely comeback.

Strategic location. Earlier check-in is possible. Too small room space tho. Good price during promotion.

We enjoyed the hotel while staying on my holiday. Many cuisine (Chinese, Malay, Thai, Western) around hotel that can be reached by walk. Public transportation such as Trem and Metro Station only few meter from the hotel. Great Hotel…

It is not a new building yet still convenient and good amenities. It is right at cbd area and a good place to start wandering around the city center. Staff are helpful. The hotel provides luggage storage and access for shower or rest while waiting for the next departure.

Good location and clean room. The shower head not so convenient for kids as it is fixed on wall.

Right in the middle of the City, the staff are very helpful.

I arrived midnight, check in take sometimes due only 1 staff handling the check in. Location was great just right away of the perth center although there is night club infront of the hotel and there is some incident upon arrival. Room was clean, although there is one the we are quite late to go out after 10 am an the room are not get cleaned. We left message to the reception but nothing happened.

The room is big, but very very old, and loud. It should be advertised as 3 stars, definitely not 4 stars.
