Wonderful staff, super trendy rooms, great views, great location and a very clean place to stay. Excellent all round.

The staff were amazing! Friendly & nothing was any trouble! We arrived earlier than our check in time & were allowed access to our room straight away. Fabulous as had just come off a flight.

Interesting decor and excellent location. It’s close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. Many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. Everything went smoothly during my stay.

Easy to find and great location for lots of things within walking distance. The hotel was great and we had a spectacular harbour view. Staff were friendly and there is a cafe and restaurant on site which is nice to have. The bar wasn’t open at 10pm on a Saturday night which was a bit disappointing as we didn’t want to have to go to a bar in kings cross. There wasn’t any parking available for us as it was booked out which resulted in us having to pay $90 in a parking station nearby. I also think 3pm is quite a late check in time, although we were able to thankfully get access to our room earlier at 2pm.

Such a convenient location, we were able to walk to the football and enjoy eating at some of the amazing venues in the area. Highly recommend

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good area. Rooms were nice. Appreciated the late checkout alot and the dog being able to join us. Good pricing for that option also. Car park was a bit sketch but not a big deal

An amazing room

Property was convenient, close to a lot of amenities, room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay, would come again.

Great location and good sized rooms

Perfect location between The Rocks, the CBD and Double Bay…the room was so comfortable! Thank you I had a lovely stay here ❤️

Cool refresh in a great location.

Hotel is undergoing renovations at present giving a few minor disruptions such as waiting for lift. Staff were very helpful.

Layout of the room is a bit odd, but felt spacious. There was no full length mirror, and the vanity mirror was a bit awkward to use. Unfortunately there was only one lift functioning during my stay, but they advised they were working on this. The room service menu was very limited, and not practical in my opinion if you want to stay in for the night. They also didn't replenish coffee & tea supplies during my 3 night stay. The room was clean, but the hallways were not.
