Enjoyed our stay and the rooms are clean and has everything you need. The pool is with nice view but the size of the water is too shallow.. more a party pool than a proper pool. I enjoyed the free scoop of ice cream for my children. Many thanks for the stay will come back again.

Bed very uncomfortable. Staff very nice but confused not well trained unable to provide accurate information about hours and services even ordering a taxi was confusing to the front desk. Breakfast was good

New Years was dampened by rooms not being ready we did not get in till 4.30pm most guests were waiting around. They, however offered drinks and ice cream for the kids as a softener We choose this place for the pool,and the proximity for the kids to watch the fireworks. We were disappointed they could not use it as they closed the terrace for a NYE private function. The check in staff were lovely and they did do their best to accomodate everyone I dont think they had enough staff on. The cost of the property did not reflect the stay that is for sure

Enjoyed our stay, however breakfast was a little chaotic at times with staffing issues & pool area was the same. The pool was beautiful but no one seemed in charge - it was Christmas & New Year so I guess it was probably busier than normal. The hotels location was excellent & the free trams outside the door were amazing. Also nice touch of welcome drinks & gelato for the kids on arrival was very welcoming. Overall a great city hotel just needs more attention to staffing issues.

The hotel held 2x the cost for our 4 nights stay as our deposit. After checkout, they also emailed to ask if we took something from the hotel bar. When I emailed back that we didn't, they replied to apologize that they already charged us and will refund us back. You have to check your bill to make sure you aren't over charged

Location was ok - good if you are going to princess theatre and quite a few nice restaurants around the area. Bedding was not comfortable and pillows too big for the bed. Service was good.

This is a lovely hotel, the entrance is a refurbished old theatre and very art deco. I had to communicate with the hotel about a package being delivered and because my arrival was significantly delayed due to flight cancellations, and they were responsive and helpful. The hotel felt a little understaffed, service slow. I was originally put in a first floor room directly above the loading bay so I asked to be moved, which they did. The new room had a balcony and was massive. There were functions in the pool area so I never got to use it! The sauna was off and with all the people around that were dressed for a party, it wasn’t the right vibe for me to relax in the sauna! On balance though, I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Girls night out with my young daughter and they gave ys free ice cream upon check in from an ice cream bar on site. Room was lovely, pool was warm and breakfast buffet delicious with things I've never seen before at a buffet like make you're own juice station with plenty of fresh ingredients.
