There was construction work right outside the apartment, that started at 6am. There was no mention of the issue on the description page or until we were in the room.

Was told I had been given a room upgrade, although was disappointed that there was no view from balcony other than scaffolding merely meters away. Ear plugs were supplied with a note to say ‘our neighbours are noisy’. I guess noisy construction work is not Meritons’ fault, but to me an upgrade would mean a quieter room or room with a view for my first time visiting the city.

Nice room, comfy beds, great location from where we needed to be. Overall good but an email saying there is building works going on that start at 6am would be nice, or a warning when you book

A great modern suite with absolutely every thing in the room. Lovely balcony, dishwasher , micro oven, washing machine,
clothes dryer and the list goes on and on. Great and helpful staff and good under cover car parking. I highly recomend this hotel.

I booked this for a conference and it was a great location just around the corner from the convention centre
Only issue was it doesn’t have a restaurant and the dining options in the immediate area cater for workers durning the day
Having said that it was a short walk to the cbd restaurant strip
