We have stayed at Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments before and have always found everything ticks our boxes. We were visiting family in Forest Lake and as we didn't have our own vehicle we found the public transport easily to find and use. The room itself was all we needed and the reception staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay there again when next in Brisbane.

Room that I rented was nothing like the photos pictured. Hard concrete floors instead of carpet. Poorly lit room. No glass or window in bathroom just wooden slats. Shower leaks at the wall and sprays water out. Can’t take a hot shower for more than 10/15 minutes without the condensation building up so much in the bathroom that it drenches the walls/ floors and everything else in the room. Sounded like someone was doing renovations periodically throughout the 1 night and 1 day i was there.
Out of a 3 night stay I was only there 1 night max and decided to stay elsewhere the remaining 2 nights. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

10 day stay for holiday. The cleaning crew were exceptional, was always lovely to return to our room after a long day out and about when service was requested :)
Could not tune tv in bedroom, but know the staff would have fixed the problem if we had advised them of issue. Tennis court could do with some TLC...

The room was lovely and clean but could see lots of cracks from movement. It seemed to be a bit run down, no plug for the sink, as I was unable to climb into the bath for a shower. I felt that the place was very old and tired and needed some T.l.C.

Transport provided to local dining is very convenient. Have stayed here several times now, rooms and bathrooms are older but have always been clean and maintained. I like that the room is serviced daily over my multi day stays.
