Simply amazing overall. Would stay there again. Only negative is car parking which is only available via valet parking and takes 30 minutes to bring you car from the car park when you need it.

Staff needs more training so that they respect guests and be courteous every single time they engage with the guests, especially Indian looking men at the front desk!

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The food was amazing and the the room was lovely. Only negative is that you need to pay $35 for parking.

Everything was good, just that we had to pay $32 per day extra to upgrade the room because the one we wad booked had no window. Plus the parking was vale and we had to pay $35 per night extra for parking. This was not shown properly when we booked. Every time we wanted to get our car it took 20 to 25 minutes wait.

Great location. Close to shops restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only catch is that there is no direct access to the Carpark. You will need to rely on the staff to bring your car out each time. The staff are very efficient nonetheless there is planning required to factoring this little of extra time each day.
