The room was as expected, the staff when signing in where nice but we arrived late around 9:30 pm as we just got of the Spirit of Tasmania and to register you had to go into the gaming area and the clientele were obnoxious, aggressive and were swearing terrible profanities and did not make me feel safe

The hotel was renovated over a year ago and its showing a little bit of age. Still pretty good but a touch up of paint in some areas would make a difference.
The cleaning service was hit and miss, of the three nights, the room was tidied once without the bed being touched(just towels replaced). This was not a big deal but just unusual.

Was fine for general stop over , buffet was good , room was neat apart from finding two large bullants on the bed sheet .

Very friendly staff,good food.
The only negative comment was regarding the toilet seat in the bathroom being not installed correctly. The seat sat back from the toilet bowl, causing the guests to partially sit on the exposed bowl.

Staff was lovely.
We found the curtains didn’t shut out lights outside. Beds arent great and room was noisy in that we could hear conversations next door and outside.
A great place to stay if youre drunk and need somewhere to pass out for the night.

Absolutely amazing staff, my little girl and I are on our way to Tasmania on the boat and we are aloud to check out late. ( no issues) Really suggest this hotel for anyone travelling, amazing buffet ( lunch & dinner) with a discount on staying with nightcap!
