Fabulous from start to finish. All staff friendly and helpful. Melanie worked in the breakfast cafe every morning was just amazing. So bright and cheerful.

The room wasn’t ready on time ( 2 pm ) . The manager didn’t care we are waiting and we have kids . I went back at 2 pm to ask when the room be ready , she responded not sure , we can’t do much . We call you when it’s ready . not even apologise for wasting our time . That’s the worst Novotel . The aircon not been serviced for very long time , very dusty. The pillow stained ( yellow )

We recently spent 6 days at this hotel with our families and friends. The pool was amazing, kids club activities were great too, buffet breakfast was good but not much changes during the period we stayed. The hotel is bit out dated but overall was well maintained. However the quality and level of customer service was very inconsistent. We had encountered some staff were super friendly and helpful, some were however very grumpy and impolite. Special thanks to the duty manager Becca, who was being so helpful and professional when we encountered some serious issues within our hotel room. However we had a terrible experience on our last with the bar and restaurant manager called Blaire. She had very poor attitudes and very unprofessional customer service.

My wife and i with our 2 boys 8 and 10 stayed for a week the staff were awesome the food and bar was fantastic we had breakfast most days lunch a couple of days and dinner twice and It was all great. the pool is amazing and the boys had a great time doing the activities in kids club .we had a great time and i would return

When the neighborhood lost power, Oasis still had it!!👍👍

We loved our mini break here. Travelled with kids 9 and under in school holidays. Staff were so friendly and helpful, room was gorgeous and resort Reno’s have come up looking lovely. We have visited cairns often over the last decade, living 2 hours south and still maintain Novotel Oasis has the best pool in cairns and is so well situated for access to restaurants and esplanade attractions. Small thing I know, but thought the chilled water box in the lobby was a lovely touch. Saved us a stack on cold water and wasted plastic. Highly recommend.

Great property and very popular location. This was our third visit to cairns in the last eight years and we have stayed in the same hotel. The only issue was that the hotel rooms are looking a little bit tired.

Amazing experience.

Staff abit rude, abrupt and more concerned with us following rules than us enjoying our holiday, room spelt damp and balcony had no privacy considering this was a deluxe room it wasn’t good.
