Loved the hotel used gym and pool has a spa also which was nice centreally located so can see all melbourne cbd easily, near 3x tram stops so can go anywhere in cbd free of charge also bonus

My family and I stayed for the first time and it had been a great experience. Great service and amenities. We booked the junior suite which was perfect for our young family of 4. We want to book again! The location is fantastic and great for families.

The staff were so helpful and kind. The facilities were clean and user friendly like the pool and the table tennis family area.
Location was perfect and we were in walking distance to all the great local cafe's and coffee shops as well as perfect location for access to the trams.
Room was very comfortable and clean, rooms made up daily for us and great internet WIFI. Comfortable beds and pillows also.
Will definitely book again on our next trip to Melbourne.

So so disappointed to stay here at this moment (oct 27 2019). I booked this hotel for my husband that on traveling to melbourne, the 1st point that my husband complaining is about the check in process that went not smooth, my husband arrived early about at 10.30 am before the check in schedule time and he ask the front desk if that possible to made early check in then the front desk at that moment is mr. Piere inform my husband to please wait another next 2 hours that maybe could do the check it then my husband back again around 1 pm but still the front desk not very friendly and helpful to helping check in so it’s ok then my husband wait again and until as on the schedule. The second thing is the descriptions whats on the facilities was not as on the fact,there's no in room kettle,no water complimentary, no slipper, the gym is out of service also the swimming pool is under the renovation that been informed from the front desk. So for agent or the hotel should inform what the facilities that out of service at the moment to avoid any regret from the guest, as you might know also the rate of this hotel is 4+ stars but it not seems deserve like that. Once again my husband very very disappointed with this hotel.

1st - they give us disable room 2nd - shower no hot water, is winter, no hot water how to shower??!! 3rd - after informed front desk early morning, but no action taken, until at night we come back from tour and complain again then only change room 4th - front desk not friendly This hotel rate is not cheap, but the service not good.

A pleasant hotel for business and leisure, easy access, in the heart of the city, close to attractive locations in Melbourne, all can be reached on foot or by tram in front of the hotel for free. Clean hotel and pleasant service.
