Its a great, amazing place. Spectacular place. The staff are amazing. We come here yearly for our daughter Lucy. Its our happy place to celebrate her life. 💜

Water front and breakwall walk

We liked that it was dog friendly accommodation. initially we couldn't park in our allocated spot due to other holiday people parking not so well. but Alisia organised us another close by spot that was vacant. Walks around the area were good.

So close to the water , when I holiday at the beach I like to be able to walk there and home , not to have to use the car all the time .. lovely setting , pub nearby , a great spot

The property itself was nice. First opion not great when I arrived. I was told that my cabin had a queen bed and bunkbeds. I explain that my confirmation from Expedia said two queen beds, they apologetically said there was nothing else available. Having travelled from Canada it did not leave me options. So I took the cottage which turned out to be a queen bed and two singles. Not sure what if any price differential that would have cause. Everyone needs to get their information together for the customer.

Great spot, cabin was great. Only downside is tha its a 4 person cabin and the couch is tiny but its a great place and love the pet friendly and how they show you all the pet friendly placez in the area. Thank you.

Great views and customer service

The view of Richmond River from the cabin patio was basically uninterrupted. The premises & surrounds were immaculate, despite Ballina experiencing the devastating floods around the time. The kitchen facilities are perfect for someone like Me with special dietary requirements. I don't drive, so the location is ideal for anything you need to do in Ballina...be it sit on a beach, at the river or park, shop for fun or groceries - all walking distance and flat unless on cliff faces or bush tracks

Great cabin amazing Location

Great cabin in amazing location right on the shore at Shaws Bay

The small cabins are too expensive. We can gat a house for just a little more. There isn’t enough shelving or towel racks in the bathroom. We used string to hang our towels. There was no chopping board. The internet usage is extremely limited. There wasn’t enough to watch movies or use the mobile phone for wifi. The cleaning is basic and lacks detail.
