We stayed here for one night as a stop over option! The kids loved the pool and the room service option. The rooms are very clean and tidy. It’s very conveniently located across from shops and has a playground nearby.

A great location for a relaxing few days away. Fabulous swimming pool and spa with a great view. Lots of places for a relaxing afternoon drink.

Very comfortable beds. We were given a room which was right in the foyer (121) which felt weird and was quite noisy at all hours but did have a small water view and and pool view. There were lizards and spiders around which seemed like a normal occurrence to the staff. Lovely grounds but I would probably not stay there again as it’s out of town a bit.

The location was excellent, very close to everything and you can walk everywhere. The parking was so expensive at $25 per day which we thought should be included. The room was nice and clean and the buildin is in great shape with a lovely pool.

Hotel lives up to its “upmarket” billing and is very well maintained. Room allocated wasn’t the best…above the restaurant, below a function room so a bit noisy. Decent view but could only been seen while standing not while seated. Charging guests $15/day for parking is not really playing fair when paying $500/night for the room !

Amazing location and room. We had a beautiful water view and could access and see the pool from our room. Very quiet location. Restaurant was also great with delicious food. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a great spot to stay, lots of onsite activities, Tennis, SUP, kayaking outdoor pool with a spa, all included in the cost of you room. Our room unfortunately had the squeakest door, and one of the loudest and ineffective air conditioners. A 10 min walk along the river gets you to the centre of town, and directly over the road is a large shopping centre.

Clean & quiet. Staff are very accommodating.

Super nice for the kids

We were very much looking forward to our stay here and treated ourselves to a waterfront room thinking it would be really special. I have to say we were left with very mixed feelings about this hotel and I will provide I hope an unbiased fair review. The staff were without exception very friendly and welcoming. Our room on first impression was a lovely room recently refurbished and spacious. Unfortunately it smelt very badly of damp and upon inspection we noticed the carpet by the bed was soaking wet and the aircon was dripping. We reported it and someone came to fix it but they didn’t fix it! We reported it again and were told we could be moved but not until we returned from a night out for dinner. The hassle of moving everything late at night just for 2 nights didn’t seem worth it so we stayed where we were. Nobody returned to fix it and we were offered no compensation whatsoever. The hot tub by the pool was broken and didn’t work. Neither did the card machine whilst trying to pay for a coffee. The hotel itself is in a great location and on first impression it looks lovely - but it’s the attention to detail in maintenance that will leave customers disappointed with their experience of staying here.

The upgrade superior room was old, the air conditioner didn’t work, the bathroom was less than a three star bathroom, the parking is boom gated, no advance warning you’d pay for parking, visitors immediately $25, quests $15. Many years ago it was great, value for money, today will be my last there!

Check-in was easy and smooth. Both bar service and restaurant service was sadly lacking. Thought it was mercenary to charge guests for parking in the open.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. We had a health issue while staying and the staff could not have been better - organised a doctors appointment and were extremely attentive.

The pool area at this property was nice. The king bed was two twins pushed together which is fine however this either didn’t have a mattress topper or needs a new one as all bumps were felt in the middle of the bed making it uncomfortable

Didnt like th $15 for parking and having to use a QR code to pay separately.

The property is misleading when it says there’s parking available you must pay $15 per day to another company to park in front of the hotel
