Convenient location. Lovely staff and comfortable room.

A group of families stayed for a local sporting event. This accomodation was budget friendly and excellent. The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The rooms were good, clean and ample room. The pool area was excellent and perfect for our team to hang around after their day of sport has finished. The hotel was quiet and close to shops and food. We would definitely stay again.

Park view was easy to get to and in a convenient spot for our event, could hear others outside room. every was clean and tidy. continental breakfast was ok. didn't really accomodate for GF or vegan. would stay again if needed for another event.

Not safe at all!!! Me and my daughter stayed here last night when we had a man use a key and walk into our room at 12:30am We were both asleep when this happen and we had no way to secure the door, I put a chair at the door to alarm us if anyone else tried to come in. Very scary and did not feel safe at all! Not happy!

Convent area only minutes from the Penrith area of Sydney

The room was spacious and well equipped for the price. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave, I should have checked before buying a frozen meal from Woolies nearby! The major downfall was that the shower didn't work at all, I think there was supposed to be a switch to change from bath to shower but it was broken, but even worse I rang the motel number at the time and left a message about it and never heard back. Luckily I eventually found a bath plug on the windowsill and had a bath instead

So I've stayed at at the park view every time and there's a couple of things about the park view that I used to love get up and when you see the boiling steam coming off the pool people will lovely they're really nice now to your soap until he's the cheapest steam off the pool the services is rude the property is going down here nowhere near as good as it used to be for 180 dollars it was supposed to be that done Nlghtand breakfast at also above it one little thing a milking above and here's what top must stay completely off by the way when you get here you have to pay 200 deposit on top of you 180 I was here alone on my own nobody here I was having a very good day I was sitting there like like a little no in the garden a couple of times a couple of things nothing only me next minute oh sorry I was running this shower about to have a nice relaxing bath that didn't have a plug that you couldn't even turn on to bath you had it run a bit of the shower your windows that makes you so cold you're not allowed to cover anyways I was actually from the door not expecting anybody I asked who was he said reception over the door for her to tell me you need to stop banging the walls it's 10 o'clock and people have complained I looked at her dumbfounded and told her I'm excuse me just hear my mind she says oh so here in your own she was Dr Bing because everybody else he has paid I pay to 180 bucks to say here she is but it's a full house and people want to go to sleep honey by paying 180 do
