Waterfront hotel is a budget hotel, but our room was very small with an enormous bathroom suitable for the disabled. Over the 4 nights we stayed there, our room was not serviced and we had to request fresh towels daily. The fridge, microwave, tv and kettle were all plugged into one power board hanging from the ceiling, and if all appliances were being used at once, the power would cut out

The manager of the hotel was polite and showed me around before showing me the room. The location of the hotel was good. It was close to everything. The room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke.

Quite a retro feel so enjoyed the vibe. Clean and convenient to a good shopping centre at Moonah. 6 minute drive to selection of places to eat. Appropriate cost for the decor. Would stay again.

Room was not ventilated enough, spa and shower had not been cleaned properly. Bedding had stains on it. Positive was kitchen was available for use. Did not enjoy our stay and won’t return.

It was hard to find and while the bed was comfortable it is an older motel. The curtains aren't able to keep all the lighting out of the room when the night lights are on and I need a cool dark room to sleep, so had a disturbed night. Even clean and although it had cutlery, it had no plates or bowls and 2 tiny capsules of milk for an overnight budget stay.

My stay was fine. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to shops etc. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Perfectly satisfactory for me. The host was excellent. There is limited parking when the hotel is busy.

The property was great and staff were friendly, the only issue was that the rooms had very limited storage space, perfect if only staying a few days but we were there for almost a week and basically had to live out of our suitcases. Overall we had a great time.
