Disappointed there was no cutlery or crockery provided in the unit, we had to ask for them. Otherwise it was a basic unit.
Beds were very comfortable!
Visitor from out of state. Would have been good to have some info on Toowoomba i.e.,map etc. in the unit to look at.

Shower had less thn 60 sec before water went cold - 2 x people in 5 bed apartment.
cold night so shower would have been nice after being in dust all day.

Such a great place to stay and walking distance to St Vincent Hospital. Only one concern and that was the oven. Soon to be rectified. Great service, beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful and will stay again

They said check in was at 11am & it was at 2pm
You have to be really stupid to make a mistake like that
This is the third time Wotif has messed up my booking. You are NOT going to get another chance. You should be deregistetef STUPID STUPID
