We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse and loved the apartment. It is well located in the Surry Hills area with plenty of cafes and restaurants on Crown Street, a short walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done everyday and it was acceptable, not outstanding. There is a small but good gym in the building. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend Zara Tower Hotel

Very nice and clean. Really missed not having a restaurant or any type of food/snacks/drinks available in the hotel. Great location. Also a very nice NYE gift! Overall great!

Location is near to Everywhere. Chinatown, hyde park, st mary 's cathedral is just 500 m away. Bus & train stations are also nearby. Apartment are fully furnished. Staffs are all friendly 😍. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Sydney.

This hotel is so great. Located near central station, the room so comfort and clean. Minimalist. The kitchen tools are perfect and of course the service are awesome. You can choose your pillow type btw.
