Hotel was great. Location was fantastic right in front of the Pajucara’s natural swimming pool and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants. Staff was great and always willing to go above and beyond to meet our expectations. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of international food options. We were in Maceio during the Mothers Day holiday and the hotel gave flowers to all ladies plus offered a violinist playing nice songs during meals times.

This is far from being a 5 star hotel as most travel agencies claim they are. I’d say it’s a 3 star hotel. It’s old and needs updating. Old wall paper with stains and peeling. Nice pool. If u have a family- forget about getting a room with a view. You will pay top dollar but will have a room with a side view. By the way, the extra bed in the room is a sofa that they unfolded and threw some sheets on. Unbelievable. The breakfast is chaos. You need to get in line to be called to sit down and they are unorganized. Once you get seated you have to hunt down for forks and cups. They can’t keep up with the demands of dishes when it’s busy. Constantly running out of glasses. The service is the slowest you will ever find. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and it’s been 3 hours, I called twice. They simply don’t care and there is no urgency. Slow!!!!!!!! I will never stay here again. There has to be better hotels than this “5 star” hotel that this Brazilian travel agency sold me!

A few things to know before heading to this hotel: they do not have any exchange ATM machine in case you need to exchange any money, as well as all the exchange stores only opens at 10-5pm and they carry low amounts of reais. Also, my husband got really sick from his stomach for the entire trip after drinking their Tangerine juice at the breakfast bar, which means most likely the juice was made out of tap water or the ice cubes, either way he was super sick. So be careful when having drinks that have water or ice. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was very clean and the service on point. The only disappointment we had with the room is that we got their Diamond suite which is their most expensive room with a tub in the balcony, unfortunately I was not able to use the bath tub as the jets from the tub were completely dirty and full of sand, no maintenance was done before we arrived and nothing was done about the situation either besides making a note, they didn’t even bother to even offer us anything to make the situation reasonable. It a good hotel but needs some improvements to welcome people from North America.

Totally recommend this hotel!! Walking distance to everything you need. Great breakfast (which we had it in one of the pool areas) Great food, variety of drinks at the bar, stunning views especially by the rooftop pool!!! 👀 I absolutely loved everything about it and the kids area…OMG, if you have kids this is the place to be but if don’t you gonna love the poolside services too!! We had such a great time here, they’re customer service is outstanding too!

We got a very nice room with beach front view, location is excellent and the bed was good. Other then that, everything else has been disappointing; AC has a leak error message and does not cool, wifi is spotty, check-in process was terrible and hotel staff rang the doorbell even though the "do not disturb sign" was on the knob. The hotel has a lot of potential if operated appropriately.
