Perfect couple of nights stay. Spacious and clean suite with super comfy bed and pillows. This suite was a fully accessible suite with the appropriate bathroom amenities however uncomfortable raised toilet seat was not necessary for me but unable to exchange/remove. No tub in this room.

I have spent the last four Christmas holidays at this hotel. Usually the 24 and 25 of December. We enjoy the suites with the full kitchen so we can prepare our meals. There is also a restaurant and bar in the main lobby which is very nice. There is always a beautiful Christmas tree for pictures and this year a ginger bread house. It has become a tradition for my family.

Service was great, the pool/gym is privately owned and requires reservations, hours are bonkers as well. Hotel is split in two buildings, also odd. In room water is 2.50 per bottle unless you are an honor's member. Our toilet was too low to the ground, not great for people with limited mobility. It also leaked a bit all week even though they tried to repair it. Staff was very nice and the kitchen was great.

The staff in the restaurant were excellent 5 star!!!
I was disappointed to learn that the pool closed at 7pm on a Saturday. I was even more disappointed to find an extra $5 facilities charge for a pool we weren't even able to use.

Centrally located on Hwy 7, easy access with cars. Friendly staff. Clean overall. Space is ample.
Dated interior, worn carpet in hallway. Water pressure changed and so did temperature, not a fun feeling. Great water pressure overall. Paint peelings inside the shower, screaming for repair. Gym was tucked away with the spa. Pool was small and hot tub was not available at the time of our stay.
Would stay again and hope things improve.

Very large and spacious room. Only stayed two night but wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was very friendly and helped with our transportation questions.

The hotel property on the outside and the main spaces were really nice but the rooms were older and in need of updating. We had an issue where housekeeping left our room door open and unlocked. We came back to an open door and no one around. We called managememt and they offered to send us a "cheese platter" in apology for all our valuables being left unsecured. My husband told them he wanted to place a formal complaint. Manager than offered to comp our parking.... overall it was an okay stay.
