Close to the airport and #2 highway. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately this was not a great stay for us. The hallways were terribly smelly. Maybe it was just our floor (2nd). I took my daughter to the pool, and immediately noticed there were no towels, so ended up waiting about 10 minutes for pool towels (not the end of the world…better to notice and wait before than after!) Once we got to the pool deck, I noticed it was so gross. The pool deck was full of hair and bandaids and debris. Also had to ask the front desk for more towels for our room. They were short at checkout, but when I asked for more, the staff seemed annoyed and gave some sort of excuse for not having enough. There were several other people at the front desk requesting towels too. I never was brought any. Breakfast was pretty standard, no real complaints with the food, but the counters were sticky and the tables weren’t clean. It seems that there may be a staff shortage problem. Which is too bad. There are many hotels in that area, so I will just skip this one for future stays.

Great hotel. The room was awesome and so quiet.The parking was terrible, the lot was full and we had to park on the street. The breakfast needs to open earlier. We had an appt at 730am and the breakfast doesn't start till 7am. There was 13 people waiting for it to open on a Saturday morning. Not ideal if you have a family that is staying for sports.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 families. There was a public hair on the bed. They moved us to another room and the bed cover had blood on it. The second bedroom also had blood on the bed cover. The following morning, I asked the manager to call me, I was told the manager would be back on Dec 26 and I can expect a call on Dec 26. It's already Jan 11 and I still haven't received a call. I got an email from Expedia on Jan 13 informing me that the general mgr would call me. Today is Jan 20th, still no call.

The room was decent. I have been trying various hotels out near the Calgary airport looking to find that nice hot tub and pool before sleeping and flying out. The hot tub was dirty and had quite a bit of debri floating in int.

This is a positive despite having an issue. Late night arrival back from vacation and the fan on the heating/cooling unit rattled terribly. Night clerk immediately got us a new room with no fuss at all. Things like this can happen, it’s how they are handled that matters, and in this case this is an example of excellent service.

Super clean and fantastic rooms. Nice staff. It was amazing stay.

10 mins from airport by car. Shuttle available early in the Morning, efficient staff at desk. Very clean and new.

The hotel Was very loud and we did not get the free breakfast and after a long delayed and cancelled flight we wanted quiet and comfort

Beds were perfect, like always.

The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The room was nicely renovated with a lovely bathroom. My first visit was perfect, this time the tv didn't work, there was urine in the toilet when I first arrived, and the hashbrowns at breakfast were dry. The breakfast is great though with the option of fresh pancakes, hot sausages, eggs, beans and the dry hashbrowns. Juice and cereal options, yogurt and fruits. I might be leaving some things out, but you get the idea.

Staff is friendly. Clean spacious rooms. Easy parking. Close to airport. Shuttle to airport.

Front desk staff was super attentive and friendly. King suite room is quite spacious
