The facilities are nice, spacious room, good bathroom, functional kitchen, long breakfast window time, and friendly manager. However, eventhough you chose a non smoking room you can still smell it everywhere. Aside from that everything is good.

Hard to find parking and the place is not very clean!!

Robert is a really nice man who went above and beyond at every interaction and even got a teddy bear for my daughter. The property is well-maintained and accessible. However, there are two issues I'd like to mention. First, the common areas smell like cigarette smoke. The rooms are clean and have enough air freshener to prevent it from bothering us, but the smell is quite significant in the common areas. The second issue was how the property handled our last day. They claimed that Expedia overbooked us and moved our belongings to another room without ever communicating this to us. When we returned, we found that everything had already been moved. Some of our items were left behind, so we had to ask the property manager to help us retrieve them from the other room. To make things right, they refunded us for our last night.

C’est une maison d’hôtes avec des chambres spacieuses dont plusieurs comportent des salles de bain privées. Toutefois, il faut être silencieux à partir d’une certaine heure, car elles ne sont pas insonorisées. On peut se préparer un petit-déjeuner inclus dans la cuisine commune, mais il n’y a aucun fruit ou jus de fruit; le petit-déjeuner est de type continental avec l’ajout d’une possibilité de cuisson des œufs. Toutefois, on doit laver notre vaisselle. Pour le centre-ville de la métropole, c’est un endroit parfait et à bon prix où se loger.

Firstly, the rooms are not a reflection of the photographs displayed, and we were placed in a room that did not have direct access to a bathroom, but an outside bathroom; having expressed our reservations on the use of the said bathroom by other individuals our room was switched to another room, that clearly was not ready for accommodation, as it was never cleaned. Secondly, the bed linens, sofa bed coverings were extremely filthy, the ‘hand’ soap in the dirty and uncleaned bathroom had no substance and was basically water to wash our hands. The neighborhood [property location]is overrun by vagrants, drug addicts who loiter on the front porch and within 2 feet of the property, quite an unsafe environment for a Bed and Breakfast facility, especially to unsuspecting guests from another country. We felt unsafe due to the airconditioned unit in the room, which exposed us to the vagrants and drug addicts roaming the front the premises and the streets as the window was open to facilitate the ‘portable’ air condition unit. I am extremely disappointed that I did not get what I paid for and to further exacerbate the issue, parking was advertised as an amenity, and it was on that basis that this booking was predicated, which was a total farce, as I was advised by the Manager Robert to park up the road. Our car vandalised, as the back rear glass of my car was destroyed. We had to return ASAP to the US as we could not drive a car that was now unsafe and unsecured. Terrifying ordeal!

The staff here is nice and welcoming, two other families were there in this bed and breakfast and it was still a nice little visit. Thank you

Our host was wonderful. The space was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated having breakfast abailable. The only drawbacks were that street parking is a challenge in this area but you can park at the property for an extra $20/day and the dish soap and hand soap were very watered down. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Furniture Mattresses, Toiletries and overall it is all below standard and safe.Not at all value for money.Accomodation is so congested and suffocating.Toilet soap,Dishwasher is mixed with lot of water and not at all hygienic. No Sir onditioning ventilation.Security system for door is so noisy and disturbing.False fire alarm causing unnecessary visit of firefighters. Only one good things behavior of Mr Robert,service with smile,very nice person.

Awful owner and establishment. We booked a room for two beds in room 1 for a two day trip. After the first night we returned on the second day to find someone else in our room. They moved all of our stuff to a different room without telling us and left some of our property in the room with the other people in it. They did not offer a clear reason for doing this and there was no advanced communication. Stay away or they will scam you too.

Amazing place. The owner/manager greeted me when I arrived and showed me the room. Not just said here's the key, room 3, but showed me the room, where everything was kept, and how to work the remote. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was small, but spotless. The kitchen was set up for breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was good.

Robert our host was very nice and very accommodating. Our room, room 2 was excellent. Clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. We will definitely stay here again. The price was certainly well within our desired rate.

Great place for the price, Robert is a great host and I had a great time in a Montréal, I will definitely go back again for the next festival and will bring my family now, thanks Robert!

It has the experience of staying in someone's spare room. This guest house was pleasant enough. It's good value for moment, the pictures are fairly accurate depictions of what to expect and the hotel manager or owner is a lovely person. However, if you are a non smoker, like I am, then I would avoid this place. The house stank of cigarette smoke. I believe the property is a non smoking property, however I believe it was the owner I saw smoking right at the front door. The smell was always strongest then and it lingered throughout the house all day. The worst thing was that the hotel towels also stank of cigarette smoke, so it was awful for both my partner and I to come out the shower and have to use smoke smelling towels to dry ourselves .

Great host, clean room, good neighborhood. We had a great time!!

It was not well cleaned and yet they expected monetary tip to be left for the maid. For money paid this is one of our worst stays - luckily it was only one night

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE Worst experience I ever had in my life, I don't even know where to start: 1. Room was supposed to be nonsmoking, well the whole house smell like someone was smoking (I have allergies and really reacted on me, to the point that as soon I returned home I had to double my medication 2. Bathroom was not clean, the floor in the shower dirty, also the sink, shower was broken 3.Bed, oh my God, really uncomfortable, noisy and just horrible. 4. Towels and bed sheets very wear out, the bedding even had holes (it look like from cigarettes) 5. The room was advertised on Expedia as Free Parking on the street, well I had to end it paying to the manager 25$ because he said parking was not permitted in the street. 6. And the worst part, the way the manager handled the business, his system had a problem or were missing part of my credit card info (I had processed through Expedia, all my credit card info was there for them), he would not even let me talk or try to solve the problem, extremely rude, finally I was able to talk to another person that I guess runs that part of the operation and everything was fix, easy, he just needed the cvs on the card, uff what a way to treat costumers! This manager Robert really needs to learn some respect and also hospitality 101.
