A perfectly cromulent hotel if you have to stay in this area of the city. It's not anywhere near downtown or any tourist attractions but sometimes you have business or family or some sporting event in the area. The rooms and the hotel are clean and well maintained. Certainly a better option than anything else in the area. Really can't say anything negative about it. I appreciated my time here.

Positives: competitive price, friendly staff, front desk staff easy to contact
Negatives: they didn't follow through with one of our requests, and not being able to charge tips at the restaurant on our room is not convenient

For 3 days repeatedly NO TOWELS to shower
NO ROOM cleaning
NO SHEETS replaced on bed

The hotel is perfectly located to the major roads and shopping. The front-desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed numerous times because our family lives in the area. We would like to keep coming back - only if a serious updating is done. The bathrooms especially. It has the lowest toilets I have ever seen - you are nearly on the ground. This is not good for folks like me with spinal/back issues. Also, the bathroom could use a nightlight. The tub had a crack in it which they tried to hide by placing a towel over the area. The bed had a sunken mattress with a fissure in the middle. It would be nice to have a safe in the room. Overall, this hotel needs a make-over - it is just drab.

They only serve bkfst. in the rest. and you have to pay for it. No place to have dinner if you do not have a car, you can walk but options are limited. Cost 38-39 dollars to uber to downtown monteral.

Did not feel safe. Left. Did not stay. Looks like they are doing short term rentals and people just loitering around. Also the front desk advised that car theft could be an issue.
