My stay at the Residence Inn was spectacular! They upgraded my room upon arrival and brought a special gift (snacks) to my room for my birthday. Also love that they offer a free breakfast with your stay. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. In a great location and not too pricey.

The hotel and the area overall was great. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast buffet, but the property itself is outdated ie: no room service and small amenities. A lot of 5 stars in the earlier categories but the overall should 4-4.5 stars. I would visit again👍

We had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn Downtown Toronto. The only exception was the pull-out sofa bed was terrible. The mattress needs to be replaced. Every other aspect of our stay was fantastic.

The room was perfect for family of 4. Clean and well equipped. Early check in was appreciated. Easy and safe public parking behind adjoining building. 30$ for 24hrs, too bad not included. Great pool and breakfast. We were there on a Monday in winter so didn’t feel super busy. Perfect location to walk to CN tower and Scotia arena. Reasonable price for the area.

The hotel was able to accommodate our group with connecting rooms, however they were not able to confirm until the day of arrival. The included breakfast was really nice, good selection for everyone. I enjoy the large fridge, dishwasher if needed, and cooking capabilities.
