The family suites are fantastic. The best value. Clean like you would expect from any good hotel chain, but with the extras that traveling with a family would entail. The kitchen was nice and came with anything you would need.The kids enjoyed the privacy of their own room with each having a bunk. The pool was clean and warm.

This is the 2nd time in a month I’ve been here and still the hot tub jets not working; remote tv converter not working; not many towels or toiletries they provide …. All round just lazy staff

The front door was locked at 2am when we tried to get in. Then there was no one at the front counter so we knocked on some doors and finally called the front desk. A guy finally answered and came out but looked like he was sleeping in the back.

I paid for a suite but they couldn’t find my booking. So was told even lucky to have a room - put in a smaller room ( not a suite) said I would have a reduced rate but only took one night $20 off.
Room wasn’t very clean, toilet ran constantly and drawers were broken. I discussed almost daily with staff about being charged for a suite but only being provided a smaller room, every day it was new staff and no one seemed to communicate, nor could they help me. Was suppose to get free upgrade with VIP status but instead for a smaller room at the higher rate minus the $20 off.

Was dirty and very much used. Wood was rotting, dust at corners of carpeted area, no ventilation in room, windows were full of condensation. Highway was extremely loud all through the night.
