I can't get enough of Quebec! This is my second visit and I'm absolutely smitten with the hotel's location and amenities.

Stayed here a few times now as a stopping point between Ontario and New Brunswick. We always travel with our cat and this is of the best pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms are always clean and the included breakfast is better than most others. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately, several issues affected the quality of my experience, and I believe these matters should be addressed to ensure better service for future guests. Room Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed that it was not adequately cleaned. Specifically, the room was filled with dog hair, which was both unpleasant and uncomfortable, especially for guests with allergies. This level of cleanliness does not meet the standards I expect from your establishment. Breakfast Options: The breakfast options were quite limited, with few choices available. Additionally, the quality did not seem in line with the price and reputation of the hotel. I hope this feedback can lead to more varied and satisfying breakfast offerings in the future. Dishware Hygiene: I observed that some of the plates provided during breakfast were not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about overall hygiene standards. This was quite disappointing, as clean and sanitary dishware is essential for any dining experience. I hope you understand my dissatisfaction and take these matters seriously.

It is clean. The beds are comfortable. The price is good. Breakfast is included. All and all is good!

Very comfortable beds, quiet room, enjoyed my stay and can only recommend the place, except the breakfast, save yourself the time and sleep a little longer. The coffee machines in the room are just as good for a wake up

it’s not a quiet place. I always hear people walking around upstairs. Breakfast service was pool. It did not serve enough food.

Dommage la vue avec la riviere il faut se pencher pour la voir car nous etions sur le coté la chambre 114 et à fuir si vous voulez dormir le matin car collee a la cafeteria donc le matin le bruit est tres tres present. Sinon hotel propre et agreable

Affordable price

I booked and paid through Expedia, however when I checked in, the front desk still charged me. I have to request Expedia to call the front desk to refund the extra charge. Not very pleasant experience.

Room not ready at check-in, and desk staff changed shifts without informing next person we were waiting. The next desk person did not speak hardly any English and had to rely on a tour guide who was also a guest. At times no one manned the desk because also had to clean and work breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfy once we got in. Breakfast was sufficient with hot and cold items.
